6. Sponsorship & Featured Placement Disclosure (FTC Compliance)
Standard directory membership provides a public business profile and eligibility for weekday Member Spotlights. Optional Featured Partner placements on the homepage and directory rail are paid promotional placements and are clearly labeled as Sponsored · Featured or Sponsored · Ad in accordance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) endorsement and sponsorship disclosure guidelines.
